Cooled down, wrote a post, but then got lost on the computer I am borrowing. I am so thankful for all the posts and especially the help!

A car cover will give the thieves something to steal or rip off the car. Just wash the egg off and keep driving.

I am at Oma's helping her get ready for a new chapter of life. I was only going to be out here until end of May, but family is first.

The reason we have numerous eggings is because of the very close proximity to the High School. Normally a neighbor will see it soon enough the egg hasn't turned to glue but since he has been sick and I have been busy, it had to have happened at least a day before.

I like the dash cam idea.

Good points about a car cover! I have a classic Volkswagen I been meaning to get a cover for because the paint is getting damaged, but I didn't think about the large population of stray cats we have back home in Arizona. Guess will have to build a shack for it or give up on the paint and just lessen its value with a paint job in the future.

I was thinking about getting a dash cam because of my Autism, but decided at the time rather not spend money right now. Also, I only have one cigarette lighter and it is used by the TomTom. I really like more options, but hate messing with original wiring. Had an idea! I could charge the battery of one then charge the other and I bet I would be just fine. Man you all are helpful!

That is scary! Thank you so very much for sharing this invaluable safety tip! It is these nuggets that make Peach Parts a good resource!

If it's too much for you to risk your wagon, you might consider leaving it at home and getting a beater you don't care about for college duties.
It isn't because of College, it most likely is due to the very close proximity of the High School. At the University, so far the only issues have been door dings. This next semester I am planning on parking in the transit lot and taking the light rail to campus. It is just too expensive now that the funding is no longer available.

Eaton, thank you so very much for your sympathy! The egg mostly washed off, the exception is the rubber.

Good point about people being jerks, though wish they didn't do so much damage...
