Boost if a function of fueling assuming that the wastegate is not limiting boost. In other words as fuel increases so does boost. Boost also increases with engine speed. I am getting 16 psi on my 616 in a 240 with a tuned but not modified mw pump. Rpms need to be around 4000 for that.
