The C126's never came with MB-Tex. And W126s were available with cloth, of course not in the US.
Sorry, but all of you are mistaken. 
This interior is absolutely rare (especially in North America) and absolutely factory. 
This is leather "Amaretta", brown, interior code 873.
So, in general, SECs were available with velour, leather or leather "Amaretta".
