On the return hose from the IP back to the fuel filter canister, I do find tiny air bubbles (like champagne) when the engine is running. I believe it is a return hose since it flows back to the fuel filter.

Do you think this is normal?

Never mind the #3 and #4 fuel lines disconnected.
