What I eat is pretty much the same kinds of food I ate in the fifties. I purposefully avoid a lot of what passes for 'food' these days, it's too contaminated with who knows what.

Yes, people in general "eat and drink a lot of stuff witch the body has no clue with what to do with". It causes cancer and other debilitating diseases.

The smart ones who avoid the chemical crap and processed 'food', are also generally thinner and more fit than the corn sugar addicts.
