I use the Topsider MVP and suck the oil out through the dipstick. Unfortunately, I still have to get under the car to change the filter. The Topsider is a hand operated vacuum pump. Do a search in the Tech Forum for a gazillion threads on the topic.

BTW, the Service CD indicates that the 380 & 560 engines use a 14mm allen hex drain plug. Is it different for the 450? The Maintenance Manual calls for tool 117 589 02 07 00, which is a combination 13mm box end wrench and 14mm hex bit.

The Maintenance Manual also recommends sucking the oil out through the dipstick. Just make sure it's warm, not hot.
