the whole B pillar finisher comes out - in your 91 its made from aluminum and is pulled straight out from the bottom and centre and a bit upwards from the belt lever bolt part on the top. The clip is very stout.
the belt unit is then unfastened from the car and snaked out of the plastic slider piece. Make note on how its assembled.
