You can access the manual at startekinfo.com, click on MB Workshop Resources, then Service Manual Cd/DVD, then 123 manual link. Then just click your way through until you get to the point where you can select your model and year. Then open the engine manual section to find the vacuum pump rebuild.

Follow the manual and you should be OK. Keep in mind that when installing the diaphragm it needs to be preloaded.
