The original plan was to close December 31, but I'm down to only 2 cars. I've been catching up on Netflix for last week, and have taken a few short trips to visit friends. Also taking alot of time to play with my toddler.
I hope I remember how to work come January.
The hail storm paid out well. Made it easy to sell off the inventory as the damage was light to unnoticeable. Still going to have to bring in a little cash to square everything off come year end, but could be alot worse.
My landlord was quick to let me out of my lease. Turns out they were under contract to sell the property to the large dealership next door who will expand to my lot. They even allowed my final rent check to be the deposit. The building is getting bulldozed.
