Here are some more pictures of the cross member actually installed in the car. Hopefully you can see that even though I only have 2 of the 4 bolts installed, all the holes do line up. Also, the transmission mount from a W124 chassis (part# 124-240-06-18) seems to work very well with this set up as the mount sits nicely in the groove of the cross member.
