I'm in the northern part of Vancouver, WA if you need a hand, a cerveza, or tools.
I would suggest also adding F-4 tape (Self-fusing silicon tape; we used this stuff in the USAF for almost anything, just amazing. Nothing like it to actually patch repair a leaky hose well enough to drive as far as you need to (hours if need be) for a replacement.) You also insulate wires with it and more! Here's an example:

I've never had too much of problem taking I-205 around Portland except at the most heavy times. Though the drive on I-5 you get to see the inner part of Portland with the copious amounts of rivers and bridges; Land of Water, indeed.
