Put water in the funnel, no big deal.
Or as the other poster said he has one with a valve.
If you are really good, there won't be anything left in the funnel
This is what any good shop will do. Or should do. Or take the time to run it and fill to "specified capacity."
If the radiator had a cap, it would be much easier than monkeying around with ramps and hoses.
I'm not sure if it would work on an expansion tank. Seems like it would overfill.
