Which 190D? A W108, ponton or W201? I have an 85 Euro 240 D and an 87 190D 2.5 NA (w201) w/ cut springs and a broke front sway bar, and a similar parts car.

The 190D has more power, but not more than you would add by adding a turbo to a 616.

The 190D corners on rails, but by no means does it float like a 123 car.

The 190D is so far, good in the snow, and has ABS as well.

The 190D has far less space under the hood. The crossflow head means that the IP is buried under the intake.

The 190D uses less fuel.

There is a lot more space in the trunk and back seat of a 123 car.

I plan to drive both until they are dust.
