I drove my 240D back and forth over the hill to San Diego many times and even drove it to Atlanta and back once. A 240D will get you anywhere you need to go, just not very quickly. My only experience with a 190 is riding in the back of one when I was 11. It reminded me of the Ford Grenada my mom had at the time.
