I did not do mine with anything like this but I did do an upgrade and very pleased with it. I used a site called rally lites in susquhanna pa. GOOGLE IT.The end results are just standard color but nice and bright. Change over was easy. Maybe hour per side. U get rid of standard sealed beams and get a new unit something like it and put a bulb in it, and near reflector, fits perfectly. I sort of remember the H3 bulb goes in it. Nothing radical, just nice and bright. Really makes the signs POP. I've never been pulled over. They are not blue, just standard color, BRIGHT WHITE. Best improvement I've done to make care safer to drive at night. Think what it is is just what they use in Europe is all just not DOT approved. When you stop close to something you can see the filaments shake on object you are light up. Now that is bright. You will be happy. Call them up they can assist in selection. I think I paid $100 for both sides.
