I cannot prove this but to me the pipe/fittings look exactly like the ones you fine on gas lines for driers and stoves. I am sure it is an American size as this was done in American when the cars were federalized...early 300d's seem to be hard to locate in junkyards but there was no egr on the pre 80's 300D so you can always change manifolds worse case.
