For all responding:

I never provide prices and completely avoid discussing "prices including shipping". I ask for offers, once an agreement is reached I box up the item, head to the shipper and add the shipping price to that total. It works best when someone can paypal me the funds while I am at the shippers.

I once sold a part for .20 due to providing a quote pre-shipping - that wasn't even worth my time emailing people to sell the part.
