Yes, you will need new heat shields. They are one-time-use and must be replaced.

I have found that the Bosio part number for OM606 non-turbo injectors is "BN 0 SD 310" and the Monarch equivalent is "339 305 897". I have a set of the Monarch nozzles, but haven't had time to get them installed yet.
