Working on the tail shaft now..

The thing has a 30 mm 12 point nut..You need to have a deep well socket..

This socket that I bought is an impact socket and was just a touch over size on the diameter to reach into the hole and engage the nut..I just used a small hand held grinder and carefully went around the circumference until all the black finish was gone and it was shiny metal..then it fit..Didn't have to take hardly any off of it..

I used an impact wrench and it was off very easily..the tool didn't grunt at all..
