I did this earlier in the tear down. Removing the valve body..it has 15 bolts..3 of them are gold colored, show on the right..the other 12 are black and slightly longer..
Loosened all of them and then lifted the valve body out like a heavy book..You want to lift it whole as there is 2 halves to this and you don't want to open it up yet and till you are ready..
I just set the Valve Body in a box and will work on it later..
