If you look on the right side of the intake manifold, you will see a large brass sensor. Directly below that you will find a small hose connection. I'll bet anything that the hose connection is plugged. It unscrews from the manifold, just take it out and clean it. My bet is that you will find your power.

If that doesn't do it, the goop has found it's way all the way back to the switchover valve, which is on the left inner fender. There are two there, I think it's the one closest to the outside.
