This sort of customer usually have a strange meek teehee type chuckle when they say they didnt have the oil changed, usually they forgot - and because the car didnt make any noise, smell or death warning flash on the gauges - they thought it was good to go. Well -- the teehee chuckle is not comprehensible by a mechanical machine which is your engine.

not to be stereotype, but you can see a lot of used mini owners are young women in the 20s - got a starting job and bought a mini because it completes their "magazine snapshot" look with coach handbag, MK shoes etc.

then they go to the mini dealer and are shocked at the prices, claiming that jiffy lube advertises it for 20, JL even turn them down because they would like to sell the euro oil for it. So then she either never has the oil changed and just limps it in for a trade in lot or finds a shady type 15 dollar oil change special, who put in some unknown 5w30 and let the car roll.
