Be leery ordering these types of parts online. Unless its genuine MB its going to be inferior quality and will last about 1/20th as long. Learned that the hard way with the breather/vac lines on my M116 engine.

The OM601 is great! I've been driving mine all the time lately, I actually enjoy it more than my V8....maybe there's something wrong with me.
