Just curious if anyone has ever used something like this...

O2 Oxygen Sensor Weld Bung "Adaptor" Stainless Steel M18MM 1 5mm x M12MM 1 25mm | eBay

To use the cheaper / more readily available 12mm glow plugs?

From reading, the stock loop plug uses an 18mm 1.5 thread... the new plugs use a 12mm 1.25 thread.

Apparently its a common o2 sensor adapter that can be had for fairly cheap... ($6 or so)

Just curious..
