Sales Representative (Porsche, Mercedes and/or BMW) (Harbor City)

We are currently looking to fill Part Time/Full Time positions in our Sales Department.

The Sales Representative is responsible for providing a great customer experience by assisting each of our customers with any part or vehicle questions they may have. The Sales Representative is also responsible for utilizing the tools provided in order to obtain sales and meet the department conversion rate goals. We are looking for a highly motivated candidate with experience in parts.

Daily tasks include

• Assisting customers through multiple channels: Voice, chat and email
• Utilizing the tools provided in order to assist each customer
• Always meeting the expectations of the customer
• Complete all tasks by the end of each day

• Vehicle & Parts Knowledge Required (Porsche, Mercedes and/or BMW)

• Provide a great experience on each call/email/chat that meet the QA expectations
• Meet the minimum standards for conversion rate
• Meet the minimum standards for total sales

Roles & Responsibilities

• Strive for a 40% conversion rate in sales
• Close a minimum of $50,000 in sales per month
• Utilization rate of 85%
• QA score of a minimum of 85%
• Deliver a great customer experience on every call
• Answer all assigned tickets prior to end of day
• Complete all assigned tasks by end of day
