The pulley I used is Gates 37011P, it fit the pulley on my 95 e300d perfectly, lined up correctly and has minimal/zero belt vibration after the fact.

The tool to install it is Gates Tools and Manuals - H22X33T (91024-1) (91024-1)

Both are available on Amazon, you can get both for around $100 bucks total. Very worth it in my opinion, if nothing else its sure fun to play with the pulley. Hadn't ever seen a one way clutched pulley before I got it, and nobody I've showed it to have seen one either.
