I've attached photos of the gates pulley I have as well as the tool used to install them.
Notice it says gates nowhere, except on the box... which I did not photograph.
This is the exact pulley I bought, I even have the receipt:

and gsxr is correct, they started using these sometime around the 96 era, thus the 95 did not have this pulley style from the factory.
