It's hard to tell from the video, but I don't think those are Phillips screws...they look like Pozidriv screws. Phillips drivers are similar, but not interchangeable. If you use a Phillips bit on them, they'll just strip. You'd need to pick up an appropriate bit at an industrial supply place. Then again, maybe they're just plain old Phillips.
