1984 Mercury Lynx L - Diesel - Low Miles

Looks like a Ford Escort. Same thing, rebadged.

Didn`t know they had a Diesel in them.

1984, that is the time frame the were putting Diesels in everything.
I bought my Datsun KC PU in 81 and it is a Diesel.

They even put a BMW Diesel in one of the Lincoln Mark xx in 84.

there were three HP ratings on the OM616...

1) Not much power
2) Even less power
3) Not nearly enough power!! 240D w/auto

Anyone that thinks a 240D is slow drives too fast.
