Flat battery or battery cable issue is where I would start.
I always keep one of those 'free with coupon' Harbor Freight DVOMs in my vehicles just in the event I need to do a quick charging system diagnosis or check something for continuity.
Fully charged battery is about 12.60V and fully discharged around 11.7. I try to replace batteries after the free warranty replacement period is over. Which is every three years for me. Weather fluctuating between the low 100°F and upper teens is hard on them.
