Comments on the car.

1) Never trust low mileage on an old car unless it is verified, it is so easy to turn the ODO back. The first digit '0' should be moved a bit up if the second digit is '7'. The '0' is too 'centered' IMO.

2) Engine bay look pristine. If they have spent so much time and effort to clean it up then why not the cross pipe.

3) Price is too steep.

I can sell you one of my SDL at 1/3 the price. But they have 'real' verified mileage at 315K and 365K.
