Sounds to me like you are jumping to an awfully large conclusion assuming it's rings that are causing the oil consumption. What other data do you have that points to stuck rings? Unless by "good blowby" you mean there is a lot of blowby, which is bad, not good? Have you done a compression test? Or any other diagnostics?
