WTB rubber seal on bumper of W124 Wagon

OK, this story will be told on another place more appropriate to discussing bad dealerships, later, after I possibly find a part.
My '95 E320 Wagon was in pristine shape before a drunk rear ended me at a stop light. I selected the local (Belmont CA) dealer's shop, it is run by a national franchise of some kind, AW Collision
They took 2 weeks to repair the rear bumper - all it needed was the bumper, the insert and the handle on the hatchback. All that pushed the cost to the point the Insurance Co (for the other car) wanted to declare it a total loss, I blew my cork and refused that option VEHEMENTLY, saying I would accept a check for $50 less than the value of the vehicle, calculating it was less than 130K miles, in perrrfect shape, including the fact I had just had the bumpers (F&R) replaced and painted earlier in the Spring of 2015. Well, the adjuster (Farmers Insurance Group Sucks!) would not give me the exact value on their books, but I figured it was around $2200 using the shop's estimate and finally I accepted the repair by lining out paint matching, fter all they said this is a plastic part special paint that old is hard to match some BS like that
The mutually accepted cost was down to $1980 (I already had a quote from the dealer parts counter for $430 for everything except a filler pad that goes behind the bumper because I planned to reuse it if I had to do the work myself ) you can see they make a bundle off these little repairs!

So, after waiting almost 3 weeks for the completion of the repair (with several calls to press them for status! ) I drove it home and left for Christmas by airplane then when I returned it became obvious the rubber seal across the rear bumper where it meets the body was missing! Now the shop is saying they can't find it on the EPC. And of course they discarded the seal with my old bumper
What is this part, is it NLA as in Unobtanium? Will I be forced or buy one from Forum member and take this shop to small claims Court? Stay tuned by subscribing to this for further details as they unfold.
And does anyone have a upper bumper seal, the rubber strip across the between the bumper top and body where the hatchback closes?
