Sorry for the delay due to the cold weather. The issue is resolved due to blown fuse number 7. I replaced the fuse number 7 and now the DM works. Yes, you are correct, the DM should blink once indicating all systems are fine. However, I did receive error codes 4, 5, and 21. After resetting the codes, I still receive codes 5 and 21.

Code 5 is Exhaust gas recirculation faulty.

Code 21 is Purge switchover valve circuit open or circuit short.

I need to research on the codes to try to resolve the issues. Thanks for your comments.
