Glad to hear that your battery is ok.

I have a question for you re: checking your fuel pressure etc.

As I'm sure, you know that in order to complete the fuel diagnose of the Bosch / KElec fuel system, you will have to have a Fuel Flow / min meter, Pressure gague, a return to tank gauge and a Lambda tune up machine, also a Fault Code reader, for your particular model.

If you have access to these, and the technical data knowledge, to support the model of your vehicle, and nessesary experience in said, then I guess you can proceed accordingly.

However, this said, if not, perhaps the inspection and any fault diagnosis should be performed by a MB Technician, or a Fuel Injection expert, to avoid any confusion & or great expense to your fault finding diagnosis.
