Does anyone know how hard it would be to replace r107 seats with w123 or w126 seats. These seats are soooo much easier to find in our local junkyards and often in excellent condition. I am of the impression that it isnt a bolt in replacement. That said what would it actually take.

How about just seat backs. I have not looked into this much so my apologies if this seems lake a rookie question. There is a car I am looking at buying but the seats seem pretty much totally shot inside and out.
