mercedes source dot com sells a step by step "manual" that I used. They also sell kits with the seals and tools. Some say they are too expensive but I find for a little more you get clear instructions, parts and the tools needed.

BTW, I used URO seals. Been in there about 2.5 years. Fit was fine. I think they have improved over the years and get a bad rap for much of their stuff.
I looked the the site and they do not sell the rear seal as other MB sellers do. ? The front seal is only $12 more for the MB item- $28 vs $40.
