No rust, no dents, paint (light ivory- I don't know the paint code) is very good. No hood pad. It's rare to find a nearly perfect hood. Only flaw is that my son made a very small scratch with the bottom side of a skateboard on the leading edge of the passenger side. Local pick up only in South Florida, Palm Beach county. Make a reasonable offer.
