Is it a big or difficult job to rebuild ate calipers (using the PP rebuild kits)?

EDIT - forget the question. did some more thread searching (sorry, i'm new).

I'm having a dilemma - can't trust rebuilts, not supposed to trust myself on rebuilding (or evaluating if they are even rebuildable), can't trust what a shop does (and they charge absurd money).
