This has made the rounds on all the BB's a couple of times already. The problem is that oil is a miscible product, so you don't REALLY know where it comes from.

Even if it were true, NOT buying oil (regardless of origin) lowers the global price of oil thereby reducing the income of the nations you propose are terrorists. So, we should all try to (1) reduce our overall oil consumption and (2) increase our domestic oil production.

Diesel Content: I think that the only way we (in the Diesel community) can individually contribute to our oil independence is to use or make biodiesel. Sure wished we had a place here in OKC I could try a tankfull.
