Okay, for sure that diagram is wrong on the red/green lines. The line going to the fuel door is red, which is lock. (If it only has one line it's the type that is held locked by vacuum and if vacuum goes away it unlocks automatically.) I've confirmed this since my earlier post.

What's insane is that I've never seen a complete vacuum diagram. I've seen bits and pieces (some apparently incorrect), but nothing showing the full system. Too bad I have so much removed on my car, I would totally make one.
