Here is a design, self made, that I have used for over ten years. The ring that fits into the wheel is a light press fit. These are 19mm, and were used with ET49 wheels, appropriate for 107/114/115/116/123/126.
Since these spacers press into the wheel, it may be useful to think of them as modifications to the wheel, rather than as modifications of the hub.
