Hey there guys thank you for the responses. I'm gonna try the cheap rebuild first. The fins looks awesome, as well as the housing and minimal shaft play. I'm hoping its the seals of the turbo. I don't believe its valve seals because if I only smoke under boost, and not idle. With my experience (I'm handy, but not a mechanic yet, I'm in school for it) bad valve stem seals cause black smoke at idle. What do you mean by cartrige?
