Well, first off, I'm back from ye olde Army for a while at least (I'm just waiting for them to realize I'm back)
I'm currently just hanging out/ looking for a job till College starts back up so I can go. I've also been doing some long over due repairs on my faithful 300D.
One of them is the rear shocks and subframe mount bushings. the shocks aren't a problem (that would be sad considering what else I've done on the car) but the sub frame mount bushing is somewhat.
My problem is this: where do I support the car with a jack stand while I'm replacing the bushing. I got one side done, but it ended up denting the rocker panel right in front of the 2 17mm bolts that hold that plate down (sorry, no pictures yet). the car sat on the jack stand just fine but dented the panel and created a small gap between the mounting bolts area and the dented panel. I'm not worried really about structural damage to the car, its just that the dent is kinda ugly knowing that it shouldn't be there.
Any help as to where to support the car would be helpful before I go and dent the other side
