I think the IP is kaput because I can shift into neutral when the engine is turning 3,000 RPM and it'll
SPEED UP to 3,400 RPM and stay there ~ I left it racing and pulled over to check if the linkage was sticking / binding / whatever , it wasn't .
Still and all , the smooth , glassine power since I added the OFV spring , is nice .
I just did some math and discovered I've put over 70,000 miles on the rebuilt engine
