Looks like the 115 460 07 38 is still available but I can't find anything on the repair kit.
Price looks to be around $150 but that is a lot less than it would cost in labour to fabricate a new one (or cobble up from what you have remaining). Of course you will need to add in the labour for welding the new part in.

You will need the above part plus the bushing kit that fits into it.
