I was talking to someone on here about trying to make nylon replacements for the pads, it would be much cheaper to have them made probably. I see this on ebay, wonder what the quality is like: 1 x Mercedes E Class W201 190SCHIEBEDACH Set Repair Kit Left Right | eBay

That would have all but the 4 front pads.
