Dealer option, not actually Mercedes, and surprising that they are 16s in the late '80s, I believe those are RSs. I had gold ones on my '85, but by about '89 gold was overdone on RX7s and everything else. Many copycat wheels flooded the market and BBS wheels were less common than clones. Actual BBS is period correct and an amazing find, get a drool rag for your next GTG or show, ... again what a great '80s look on that car.
