If that does not resolve the problem, it could be the B2 or possibly some other valve. If you will search the forum, there is a chart that shows (as I remember) B1, B2, K1, K2, maybe others and which valve is used in each shift. You can use it to identify which valve might be bad.
For example if B2 is the only valve common to every bad shift, then it might be a B2 problem.
I finally found a chart for a 190E. It is probably not good for your tranny but this type chart is what you should study:
