For those in the southwest? We in the north are told heat shortens the life of car batteries. True or not I have no ideal.

I also have been told that there is a difference in batteries manufactured for the two different climatic regions of north America. Again true or not again I have no ideal.

What I do remember is a place in Louisville Kentucky I purchased supplies from long ago. When there they had new interstate batteries for 15-20 dollars apiece. I think this was about thirty years ago.

They sold a line of auto paints I really liked cheap. In the north where I live the uv protection inherent in them seemed to really play out well up here.

Even reds where only around thirty dollars a gallon back then there. Some of our customers though it was the best paint they ever used.

Five years after application it still in many cases looked new. They sold many things for the auto refinishing industry that were not available in
Canada.
